Sign the petition: no airline middle seats during a pandemic

Everyone knows the dreaded airplane middle seat: how close together people are, sharing elbow room and breathing space for hours and hours on end.

Now, add the worst pandemic in a century.

Yet that's exactly what's happening: airlines are still packing as many passengers into their flights as possible. All while infection rates risk spiraling out of control across the country.

We can't keep this up. Lives are at risk.

That's why I've introduced legislation to save lives -- by making sure airlines cannot sell middle seats while the COVID-19 pandemic rages on.
