The Supreme Court rejected Trump’s plan
Following Trump's executive order, the Postal Service published new regulations to restrict Vote by Mail. This week, the Supreme Court rejected his plan to move forward.
That's a win, but let's be clear about what's going on: Trump is hell-bent on rigging this election. He wants everyone forced to vote on Election Day because it's easy to suppress the vote at targeted precincts and manipulate the outcome.
Vote by mail is a safe, secure system, and I'll keep fighting to protect it.
Trump will stop at nothing in his crusade against Vote by Mail, and I will fight back every step of the way. Free and fair elections are on the line.
I've championed legislation to safeguard and expand ballot access, strengthen election security, and make Vote by Mail the law of the land because voting is a right, not a privilege.
