I refuse to be part of it
Washington has a corruption problem. Billionaires and special interests can buy influence with dark money, corporations write their own regulations, and a Supreme Court remade by right-wing megadonors hands down decisions that protect the powerful over the people.
That's why I'm fighting for bills like the DISCLOSE Act and the For the People Act, forcing dark money out of the shadows so voters know exactly who's bankrolling the ads flooding their mailboxes and TV screens.
It's why I've pushed for real Supreme Court reform — term limits, an enforceable code of ethics, and accountability for justices who take secret gifts from billionaires while ruling on cases that affect their benefactors.
And it's why I'll never stop defending free speech and a free press against those who'd rather silence critics than answer for their corruption.
The people profiting from a broken system have unlimited money and every incentive to keep things exactly as they are. I don't take a dime of corporate PAC money because the only way to root out corruption is to refuse to be part of it.
Let's save our Republic,
Jeff
