To me, America has always been about opportunity for all.

Right now, that promise is under direct attack.

I've been ringing the alarm bells about what's happening to our democracy, because Trump's playbook is one we've seen in authoritarian dictatorships before: dismantle the courts, silence dissent, concentrate power in the hands of a few, and make sure ordinary people never get a fair shot again.

Trump's cronies and the privileged and powerful who have rigged our economy aren't letting up. So neither can we.

Here's what's at stake: our progressive priorities all depend on us taking back the Democratic majorities in the House and Senate.
