Now the real work begins

Yesterday, Oregon Democrats officially chose our nominees up and down the ballot. Now, the stakes could not be clearer.

Democratic candidates are running against opponents who have fully aligned themselves with Donald Trump's agenda of chaos, corruption, and attacks on working families. While Republicans focus on giving handouts to billionaires and corporate special interests, Democrats are fighting for policies that make your life better.

In the Senate, I'm devoted to taking on the powerful to deliver for the people, ringing the alarm bells about threats to democracy, and fighting for the four foundations that support thriving families: health care, education, affordable housing, and good-paying jobs.

And I'm not alone in those fights. Oregon Democrats up and down the ballot are running to strengthen the foundations families need to thrive. And now is the time for Democrats across Oregon to come together and win.
