We’re already paying for Trump’s war

Let's call this what it is: a war tax on the American people.
Trump promised to lower costs and end wars. Instead, he's doing the exact opposite — starting wars while families here at home are squeezed tighter and tighter.
And this war is unfolding without proper accountability, without Congressional authorization, and without a clear plan. That's how endless wars begin, and we've seen where that leads.
I'm fighting back in the Senate to reassert Congress' authority and stop this reckless escalation. But this is a moment that requires all of us speaking out and standing up.
