How NOT to plan for the future:

About a week ago, Republican Senator Rick Scott released his plan to "aim higher than the Republican Congresses that came before us." If you think the plan is full of ideas on how Republicans and Democrats can work together for the good of the country, think again. Rick Scott's plan is wrong-headed and dangerous.

And this is the guy Senate Republicans put in charge of their campaign to flip control of the Senate.

Here are some of the more bizarre elements of the plan:

→ Build a border wall, and name it after Donald Trump

→ Raise taxes on the lowest income families

→ Legislate discrimination against trans Americans.

→ Ignore race and refuse to combat racism

→ Abolish the Department of Education

Build a border wall? Raise taxes on the people who can least afford it? Transphobia and racism? This is not about policy. This is about hurting Americans who don't think and look like Rick Scott and his friends.

We can't let Republicans like Rick Scott have their way. Donate $15 now to stop Republicans from taking over the Senate and enacting their radical agenda.

If you need more proof that Republican politicians like Rick Scott are trying to divide us, look no further than his plan. It's all about shutting people out, not lifting them up.

I'm worried about the decades of progress Republicans will undo if they take over the Senate and Rick Scott gets his way. We can't let that happen. Chip in $15 now to defend and expand our Senate majority and protect America from their radical agenda.
