An important ask (not for money)

Election after election, one thing's been true: The Republicans depend on super PACs and special interest money to win elections.

But another thing has been true, too: We've always had lots of volunteers willing to knock on doors, make phone calls, send postcards, talk to their friends, organize rallies, deliver yard signs, and more.

And that's our secret weapon; that's how we win — with people power.

In 2020, in the midst of the pandemic, many Democratic campaigns organized fewer volunteers, made fewer phone calls, knocked on fewer doors. And in more than a few races, that might have contributed to some surprising losses.

We can't let that happen again in 2022.

So, here at Team Merkley, we're asking folks everywhere — in Oregon and across the country — to pledge to volunteer. And then, we'll put you in touch with campaigns and organizations that will use your time and energy wisely.

We're counting on you. America is counting on you.

Team Merkley

p.s. Not ready to pledge to volunteer? That's OK. Chip in here to support our volunteer organizing work.
