Oregon redistricting lines are drawn
The Oregon Legislature has approved its redistricting maps, which now go on to Governor Kate Brown for her signature. You know what this means: the lines in the coming battle for control of both Congress and the Oregon Legislature are set.
Here's the big news: The new Sixth District is a competitive one — and we know that Republicans are coming as hard as they can for our progressive champion Peter DeFazio.
These two fights will matter to every Democrat across the country; control of the House of Representatives hangs in the balance.
