This election just got (even more) serious

Here's what you need to know:

It was late on a Thursday night, just an hour before a midnight deadline, when the Trump administration asked the Supreme Court to invalidate ObamaCare.

In their words, the entire Affordable Care Act "must fall".

That's right: In the middle of a pandemic, Donald Trump and his allies think we should take away health care from 23 million Americans—and the protections against pre-existing conditions from all of us.

Just think of it: 2.5 million Americans (and counting) have had confirmed cases of coronavirus. The CDC says the actual number may be ten times that. Thankfully, the vast majority will recover. But they may face complications for years to come. We don't yet know the long-term impacts of this disease.

And Donald Trump wants to let a health insurance company deny you health coverage in the future because back in 2020 you survived the coronavirus? It's outrageous.

Here's the good news:

The Supreme Court won't likely hear arguments until October.

They won't likely issue a ruling until after the November election.

If we win the White House and we win the Senate, we can protect the Affordable Care Act from this assault.

That's why I need you in this fight.

We have to do everything we can, for as long as we can, with as much power as we can muster to win every seat we can in 2020.

Donate now. Get in this fight. We simply must win.
