Since Donald Trump's election, there's one thing that Mitch McConnell cares about more than anything else.

In the next few weeks, when the rest of the Senate comes together to try and pass a fourth coronavirus rescue and relief package, McConnell is going to resume his drive to confirm right-wing Trump appointees—many of them plainly unqualified — to lifetime seats on the federal bench.
Here's my bottom line when it comes to Donald Trump's judicial nominees: I'm always going to vote against people who are anti-women, anti-LGBT, anti-civil rights, anti-democracy extremists.
Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell have made it clear on the campaign trail: they're going to do whatever it takes to pack the courts with the worst of the worst, jurists who are out to score political points.
People out to overturn Roe v. Wade. People who will use their power to get more power, rather than elevating our democracy. People who believe that corporations matter more than people.
The way we stop that? We win. We win everywhere.
