A cover-up, not an investigation

Brett Kavanaugh does not belong on the Supreme Court. He lied to the Senate and to the American people. The Trump administration conspired to conceal over 200,000 documents about Kavanaugh's tenure in the Bush White House.

And, of course, the credible allegations of sexual assaults by Kavanaugh are horrifying.

It was clear last year, and reinforced by the news that broke yesterday about another previously unreported assault, that Kavanaugh has got to go to restore at least some of the Supreme Court's lost integrity.

But that's not enough.

Yesterday, we learned that the FBI received credible information about yet another sexual assault by Brett Kavanaugh, but declined to review it in advance of his confirmation hearing by the Senate.

It was a cover-up, not an investigation. Donald Trump and the Senate Republicans didn't want to know and didn't care that their nominee had assaulted women, and then lied under oath about it.

We have to defeat Donald Trump and take back the Senate to ensure that this president is no longer able to inflict unqualified, morally bankrupt judges on America.

Here's how you can do that: Help us build a grassroots blue wave all across this country by donating right now.

We must act.
