How you can fight back against violent rhetoric

This is unacceptable.

You'll recall that Mark Kelly is running for the U.S. Senate in Arizona. He's a decorated astronaut and the husband of former Congresswoman Gabby Giffords, who was gravely injured at a mass shooting at a "Congress on your Corner" event.

Now, in Arizona, the leader of the Republican Party said in a fundraising message that they're planning to stop Mark Kelly "dead in his tracks".

That kind of violent rhetoric has no place in our democracy. And especially when we're talking about a victim of horrific gun violence.

There is no doubt that this kind of language puts lives in danger.

I'm asking you to stand up to these dangerous tactics. Donate right now and show them that if they use violent language, we won't roll over. We won't take this lightly.

Onward,

Jeff
