One of the most outrageous things I've ever heard

Republican Congressman Steve King of Iowa just said one of the most outrageous things I've ever heard. Steve King made the awful remarks while he was advocating for a total ban on abortion, even in cases of rape and incest.

Read it for yourself, from the Des Moines Register headline. Be warned, it's awful and deeply offensive:

Here's one thing we can do right now to respond: donate to his Democratic opponent, my friend J.D. Scholten, immediately.

Our mission in 2020? Ditch Mitch, Dump Trump, Save America. That means winning back the Senate, winning back the White House, and sending hateful people like Steve King packing.

There's no place in America for that kind of rhetoric — especially from our leaders.
