Unqualified. Extreme. For life?

In May, I talked about Ryan Bounds, part of Donald Trump's and Senate Republicans' effort to pack into our federal courts with judges committed to rigging our economy and democracy for the wealthy and powerful.

Despite the objections of both Senator Ron Wyden and myself, Mr. Bounds' nomination is up for a vote this week. This would be the first time in over a century that the Senate confirms a judge over the objections of both home-state senators.

This is yet another reason we must win back the Senate in November. Extreme ideologues like Mr. Bounds have no place being put in positions of such power – for life.

Donate today. Let's build a blue wave to take back Congress and our country.
