As Speaker of the Oregon House, Jeff has fought to improve health care quality and access in Oregon. In Washington Jeff will take on the insurance companies and the pharmaceutical companies to lower costs and protect consumers.

Jeff will sign on as a co-sponsor to Ron Wyden’s Health Americans Act and fight for universal access to affordable, quality health care coverage.
