A new ad from Jeff Merkley's U.S. Senate campaign puts focus squarely on the stark difference between the candidates on reproductive rights. While Merkley has been a stalwart champion for a women's right to choose, Gordon Smith has joined George Bush and Republicans to overturn Roe v. Wade, which could criminalize a woman's right to choose.

The new ad features Oregon women who seek to inform Oregon voters about Gordon Smith's record opposing a woman's right to choose.

"Smith has stood with Bush and Republicans to overturn Roe v. Wade and pack the courts with extreme right-wing judges who seek to eliminate a woman's right to choose.
